I have a host machine running Winindows Server 2003 and Virtual Server
Enterprise edition, Win XP Professional be the guest os. I can ping/access my
host machine from guest os Win Xp, and I can also ping/access my guest os
Win Xp from host machine(2003), but I can't ping /access any other IP
/machine,and can't access any othe real network from the guest os XP. I can
access real other network from host machine(2003) .

Are you sure your network/router allows you to add an arbitrary PC (is it
checking network card's MAC to allow/deny access)? Since you are not DHCP,
are you sure that the Guest Machine's IP is actually available?
