Error creating Virtual Network

Hi,

I have installed VS 2005 on my Windows XP sp2 PC. When trying to create a
virtual network I receive the error "Virtual Server has encountered a
non-fatal exception", Error 0xD0000005 was returned.

Any ideas why I can't create the virtual network and what is causing this
error?

I also have Virtual PC 2004 installed on my PC. Could this be causing the
problem?

Any help would be appreciated,

The error code below indicates that an AV occurred during the processing of
the request. There should be a crash log file in the
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Virtual Server\Crash Logs
directory. Could you post it here or otherwise make it available to me?
