I can't log into Virtual Server!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Virtual Server R2 about 12 times with no
luck on my Windows Server 2003. Every time I do it installs all things, looks
good in IIS, but when I go to log in to the admin screen it pops the
username/password box but will not allow me to log on.

I am using an account with local and domain admin privileges, and this
account allows me to install virtual server on any other machine on the
network - just not the one that it NEEDS to be on.

Any ideas as to what could be my issue?
