NLB and Guest machines

Running 2 HP BL 480c Blade Servers with 4 NICs in each server. 2 of the
NIC's connects to the iSCSI SAN for the Virtual Servers to reside in and 2
NICs to use for the LAN and the HyperV Switch. We are running Windows 2008
x64 Enterprise Edition for the host machines. On each server I have
configured a guest Windows 2003 SP 2 server that will be running IIS and we
are wanting to setup NLB on those 2 Virtual Servers on separate host
machines to Load Balance the IIS Traffic. I have one NIC defined for the
LAN/Management and one NIC defined for the NLB connection for the IIS
traffic running through the HyperV Switch on each guest machine.

The problem I have is when I add one of the IIS servers to the NLB
Management it will add the Load Balancing info to the NLB NIC on the Virtual
Server but I can not connect to the website or ping the IP on the NLB NIC.
What am I missing on this setup as ever thing you read out here is you can
use NLB for your Virtual Machines across multiple host machines. Thanks for
any help.
