Parallel Port

Hello

i have a Virtual Server 2005 on a W2k3 Host running.
A Virutal Machines with w2k3 is hosted.
I am trying to use the parallel port with a dongle.
On the lpt properties page i only have one button "LPT port 1" that is set
to none. I don't have a button to select the port.
Do you have any ideas how to acivate the parallel port?

Hi Steve
The VM is not running. The host parallel port is enabled but not on 378. The
server hast no parallel port, so I had to install a pci card. There is no
driver for W2K3 only W2k but the host operating system sees the parallel port.
Thes are the settings:
I/O 8000-8007
I/O 8008-800B
I/O 8020-803F

I have found a knowledge base articel that describes the problem (840190)
You cannot add a parallel port card to a virtual machine in Virtual Server
2005 or Virtual PC 2004
