VMM 2008 Always Fails

Running Windows Server 2008 Sp1 64 on a Dell PowerEdge 840 Server 64bit
Using Pre-Requisit of the software it always fails on the install.

the installation process have been removed, however some required
prerequisite software is still present on the machine. It is not necessary to
remove the remaining software before you run Setup again. But you can
uninstall the prerequisite software by going to Add or Remove Programs.
