How can I merge undo disk in VS2005?

Source: microsoft.public.virtualserver
Sent: 11/15/2008
From: Bo Berglund <(email address - cut out)>
Message:

I have accidentally enabled undo disks on my W2003 server guest. So
now all of the activity from the creation of this guest is stored in
an undo disk and this is not what I want.
How can the data be merged into the main disk so I can then switch off
the undo disks?

In VPC one gets a dialog when sutting down the guest asking for this
but since VS2005 is a service this does not happen. How can one
manually accomplish the task?
I do not have an admin website set up (running VS2005R2SPO1 on an
XP-Pro SP2 PC with Apache webserver installed and no IIS). Instead I
use VMRC+ 1.7.
