Yes the physical server is a Quad CPU.

Message:1.) Shut down the child partition (guest OS)
2.) Open Hyper-V Manager
3.) Select the child partition in the center pane
4.) Click Settings in the actions pane
5.) Select Processor in the left pane
6.) Set the number of Processors to use in the right pane.
