New to Virtualization - need advise

Hi,

I have a client that will soon have a SBS2008 and his current W2003R2
Terminal Server. Currently, he have 2 servers, one Brand New Dell PowerEdge
2900 series with 16Gb RAM and dual Quad-Core. Currently, W2003R2 is
installed on that. The other one, we want to retire it. I just discovered
Hyper-V.

What do you think about that (I just thouth about that) :

I would put Hyper-V Server on the Dell server, if I understand, this is a
free download and can only be used to host "child - which is guest i think" ?
Then I will install SBS2008 in a VM hosted on that Hyper-V server, then I
would P2V the current W2003R2 TS to a VM to be also host on that Hyper-V.

The SBS 2008 Standard will be only use as a DC and Exchange server for the
domain. The W2003 will be part of that domain and also all the 15 computers.

Can Hyper-V run 32 bits Childs ?

does that sound feasible ?
