Hello..

I am trying to activate the windows server. I have done what the
instructions say and gotten a new product key from my msdn subscription.
What I did is select the phone option, than I selected to Change Product Key
and entered my new msdn subscription key ( windows server 2003 R2 Enterprise
edition ), updated and everything looks fine. But after I have updated I am
still asked to type a confirmation ID that the customer service
representative gave me!

Do I really have to call customer service to get the server licence
activated? Or could you tell me what I am missing here?
