I get to step 1.4 in the conversion and it fails with the error:

Error (2908)
Detailed Error (The process cannot access the file because it is being used
by another process (0x80070020))
The file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmpB1.tmp cannot be accessed because it is in use
by another process on the integration1.eip.scott server.

Recommended Action
Wait until the other process is completed, and then try the operation again.

Warning (3158)
VMM is unable to emulate the exact configuration of the source machine
STANDBY1.eep.local. The virtual machine memory could not be set to 8192 MB
because the current limit on virtual machine memory has been reached on the
integration1 host. The memory on the resulting virtual machine will be
adjusted to the closest value within the valid range for this host.

I have searched the NG and google but no avail, any help is much
appreciated....

Yes. Ran into this same thing with a terminal services gateway using 443.
If you disable the service using 443 before the migration, everything seems
to fall into place.
