SCVMM - VMMGuest service fails when creating template from VM

Hi,

Couldn't see a SCVMM specific newsgroup so am posting in here.

When trying to create a new template from an existing VM, the VMMGuest
service fails to start on the guest to be converted to a template.

The c:\sysprep\ folder is getting created, and populated. If I try and run
the VMMGuest service manually the process just exists straight away, no
errors - nothing.

I can manually run sysprep on the VM, but the vmmguestservice.exe part is
failing.

I've updated the sysprep binaries as per the following article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942372

Any ideas anyone?
