Network Activity

I am having a problem with network activity on Virtual Server. Everytime one
of my virtual machines tries to send something over the network it locks up
the network on all of the VM's (none of them can send recieve) for about 5-10
seconds, but the host system is fine. When I try to run ntbackup to backup
files that are on the server (to a network share), I get "Delayed Write
Failed" errors. The drivers are up-to-date, checksum offloading is disabled,
and the account that the VM is run under is a local user and has been added
to the administrators group. If I move the virtual server to another host
box it has no problems at all.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks.
