multiple physical nics to same vlan

Message:

Scenario:
- multiple physical nics on each vmhost are connected to the same VLAN on a
managed switch.
- all VM stored on multiple vmhosts use the same VLAN

What's the best practice of creating virtual networks in this scenario with
VS2005 R2 SP1? Will multiple virtual networks be created (VNIC[n] bound to
PhyNIC[n])? Can you create some sort of virtual switch so that all physical
nics are connected to this vir. switch and all theVMs are connected to it?
Does Hyper-V provide this multiple phy nic to one vir. switch?

Bottom line: same virtual nic name is desired for the interest of vm
migration among hosts.

THanks
