When I migrate windows 2003 physical servers to a virtual environment the
first boot up and running of the op system is incredible slow. Once I install
VM Additions the system then seems to run at normal speed..It can take upto
45 mins before VM additions installs though.
Question is why does it do this and is there any way to get around it by
slipstreaming the additions during the VSMT process..
