Still not having any problems with that combo? I always ran into db
corruption after about 2 or 3 weeks, I never did figure out why. And
that's with external or internal drives. It had to be some timing
issue, probably something when the cleanup was running it wasn't
getting enough CPU or something, I haven't tried it on my faster quad
core machine yet. Of course there's been a lot of fixes since when I
tried it too...

Ordinarily, installing the VM Additions would fix things like this. However,
as Windows Server 2003 isn't a supported guest OS for VPC 2007, there
(probably) won't be any Additions for it...
How much RAM does the host machine have?

1) Launch Virtual PC (no need to start a virtual machine)
2) On the VPC console menu, click Help then Virtual PC Help
3) Do a search for "Installing Virtual Machine Additions"
That will tell you what the Additions do, and also the list of versions of
Windows for which the Additions are available.
You'll notice that Windows 2003 Server isn't listed, but Bob says they work
so you'll be fine.
