Questions about Windows 7 virtual stuff

Greetings

1. I see the new Virtual PC is being touted as for Windows 7 Professional,
Ultimate and Enterprise versions. Does anyone know if it will actually work
in the Home version (in the same way that VPC 2007 isn't supported in some
versions of Vista, but actually works fine in practice)?

2. If it won't work in the Home version, will VPC 2007 work in Windows 7?

3. In any event, will the new VPC allow creation of virtual machines other
than XP (I'm only seeing it refer to XP)

4. This is probably the stupid question - but! - on my Vista Home host, I
have set up a Windows 7 RC guest. Can I install VPC2007 into that guest and
create a host within the host?? I can see that this depends firstly on
question 2 above, but I don't understand the concepts well enough to know if
you can have a host within a host.

I don't know on that one.

VPC2007 will work, though you may need a driver update. It wont
install if you have the new VPC7 installed though...

Yes, you can still create VM's and run other OS's.

No, you can't do that, no VM with a VM allowed with VPC.

aspects of a PC (such as Hyper-V CPU instructions) that are needed to=20
