I am using Dell M4400 with wi-fi and Mobile Broadband, running Vista 64-bits
I created a XP professional under Virtual PC 2007, with a single LAN
connection.

When I was using Wi-Fi, the connectivity in Virtual PC is working perfect,
as long as I change to WiFi adaptor under network card setup.

But when I was using Mobile Broadband, the Virtual environment cannot
connected to the internet, but the connectivity icon at the bottom left hand
corner is working fine. Do I need to install 5530 HSPA driver in my VM to
made it work?

Virtual networking in the host works through the Virtual Machine Network
Services software, which works in conjunction with the NIC driver in the
host.

The mobile broadband device is not a NIC. Installing the software for
it in the vm will not help, because the vm cannot see this device in the
host.

Have you tried using the Shared Networking (NAT) option for the vm?
Another option is to install a Microsoft loopback adapter in the host and
use ICS to share the host's Internet connection to the guest OS.

2007. My Vista system finds the Dell 1505 wireless card and attaches just
fine. The XP part does not notice the wireless card at all. I even changed
the VPC system to use the 2nd network connection (the wireless card) and it
doesn't show.

However, when I attach my winmo cell phone and tell it to allow internet
sharing, I get slow but steady access to the internet.

How can I get the XP partition to realize there is a wireless card?

Any help would be great.

You can't really, VPC only emulates one kind of NIC that the VM can
see.

Have you tried changing the networking in the VM's settings to NAT,
that may allow a connection.

You might try updating your wireless NIC's driver on the host too.
