Virtual PC 2007 Dynamically expanding Hard Disk

Message:

I just got done copying a VPC 2007 Hard disk file to a new computer that is
running a Host OS as Vista 64bit. The VPC 2007 installed on it is for the
64bit version.

But when I open the VCP machine on this new computer it's reporting that
it's out of disk space. It's only got around 16Gigs for the Hard drive and
it's set to be "Dynamically expanding virtual hard disk".

I've gone through the Compact it step in the Virtual Disk Wizard but still
didn't help.

I cannot find any where that tells me if there was an initial Maximum size
set for the Hard Drive.

I've tried copying files to the hard drive within the VPC to see if that
would expand the hard drive but it just runs out of space during the copying.

Can anyone tell me how to expand it or why it's not expanding on it's own?
