Windows XP sp 3 crash on Dell D830 Vista x64 host system, IntelCor

Message:

Hi,
I run a Dell Latitude D830 with Intel Core DUO T8300 2.4 GHz, 4 GB RAM and
Windows Vista Ultimate x64. Upon this i run Virtual PC 2007 (Build 6.0.192.0)
on which i run both Windows 2003, 2008 and Windows XP (all 32-bit). W2003/8
works perfect.

When I install .NET Framework 1.1 (req. for Visual Studio 2008+Team
Explorer) the system boots, but after login the vpc just reboots. On the
other machine (A quad core fujitsu-siemens= different proc.) it works fine
(but this machine is not portable)

I have seen some indications about changing the registry keys, but thoose
are not in my XP vpc system.(HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\intelppm
and processor) they are on the host system.

Is this a known issue and is there a workaround?
